Quality Control

Equiped with full sets of imported CMM, projector,tool microscopes, stereoscopes, altimeters, Nikon and all other kinds of Japan imported micrometers, calipers, the Quality Control department has been accumulating massive QC experiences through collaborations with Fortune 500 partners since 1999. We are fully aware of the quality requirements for customers from both Japan and Germany. The seasonal inspections from Yachiyo, Daimler, AGC and WKW furthered our Auto parts OE systems and processes. We shall strictly refer to ISO9001 & TS16949 quality and the ISO14000 eco-friendly standards through the entire manufacture process.
