Ultimate pursuit of quality is the foundational philosophy of Rijin. Manufacture department is equipped with multiple Sodick EDM, wire cutting machines, major NCs of Makino V33, DMG MORI NV7000, NVX7000, VS10000 with 2150 mm processing stroke and 28000 processing speed. Manufacture department has the great honour to work with a large team of senior die & mould engineers with Rijin's training system formed across departments and generations. In aspect of processing technologies, the introduction of the Swiss 3R tech unified NC and EDM processing system, improving machining precision and production efficiency. The establishment of our own ERP system on the other hand supervise all processing procedures, promptly allow authorised staff to check any workpiece in any procedure, improving processing efficiency and timeliness.

Manufacture department welcomes senior die & mould processing engineer with over 5-year-experience in NC, EDM, wire cutting. Preferably specialising in machines of DMG MORI, Makino and Sodick.
