Research & Design

Research and Design department have tens senior designers, specilising in softwares such as UG and PRO/E software for 3D design analysis. MoldFlow is also applied for precise molding prediction. The average experience for R&D team is 8 years and some designers are with over 15 years experience. Abundant experience and staircase training system ensures proven tech and lessons to be inherited. Innovation is the consistent aim of Research and Design department. Basing upon over 10 years plastic injection mould experience, we began research in auto glass wrapping mould since 2011. And within 4 years, Research and Design department managed to offer even more advanced techs with more than 30 patents and dozens solutions for defects left by competitors from Japan and Germany. Thanks to customer's trust, we had the honor to participate in designing the final product - "Dongfeng Nissan New Qashqai". From common injection moulds to automobile glass wrapping moulds, from die parts design to improve and design final products, Research and Design department shall continuously pursue optimization in directions of technoly research and mould desgin.
